About Me
I started my journey in social work in 2002 and have been independently licensed since 2012. I have been in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings that have prepared me to work with a wide variety of people. My primary focus in therapy today is working with adults and older adults. I specialize in anxiety, OCD/phobia, trauma, relationship problems and life transitions (career stress, caregiver stress, dementia and other cognitive related difficulties, grief/loss). My goal in therapy is to help you feel that the problems you carry can be shared and solved together. I hope that you can come to therapy and walk away with clarity, solutions for your problems and/or find a place of acceptance of what may not change. I look forward to walking that journey with you.
